Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding courses, fees, schedules, and services
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (parents/students) to promote tuition programs and generate leads
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous communications to boost enrollments
- Maintain a positive, professional tone in all conversations, even in high-volume calling scenarios
- Accurately record call details, feedback, and lead information in CRM systems
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate with the admissions and academic team
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or escalate as needed
- Meet daily/weekly call targets, including lead conversion and follow-up benchmarks
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of call center or telemarketing experience (cold calling experience is essential)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus
- Strong sales mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversion
- Customer-centric attitude and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet call and conversion targets
